1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Virtual Career Counseling System (VCCS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

VCCS is designed to support intermediate-level students in exploring bachelor’s degree options. It provides educational guidance through aptitude assessments, interest matchers, and AI-based recommendations.

3. Eligibility

VCCS is intended only for students who have completed or are pursuing intermediate education (FSC, ICS, I.Com, FA, DAE, A-Level, IB, etc.). It does not serve graduate-level users or non-student users.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Take responsibility for your activity on the platform

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Interfere with system security or integrity
  • Upload viruses or harmful code
  • Disrupt other users’ experiences

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, reports, and UI designs, are owned by VCCS or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. AI Usage and Limitations

VCCS uses AI-based models to provide test responses and degree matches. These are suggestions — not final decisions. We do not guarantee that results will align with your exact academic or career path. You are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing. All usage remains strictly within the scope of your interaction with the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any account that violates these terms, causes harm to the platform, or misuses its services. Users may also delete their account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted to this page with the new effective date. Continued use of VCCS after updates implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled in courts within Pakistan’s jurisdiction.
